1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

ข้อมูลบัญชี — ชื่อ อีเมล และ/หรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์ ที่ใช้สมัครและเข้าสู่ระบบ (Google Sign-in หรือรหัส OTP ทาง SMS)
ข้อมูลธุรกิจของร้านค้า — รายการสินค้า ราคา สต็อก บิลขาย ข้อมูลสมาชิก/ลูกค้าของร้าน ที่ร้านค้าบันทึกเข้าระบบเอง
ข้อมูลการใช้งาน — บันทึกการใช้งาน (log) และข้อมูลอุปกรณ์พื้นฐาน เพื่อความปลอดภัยและแก้ปัญหาการใช้งาน

We collect: account info (name, email and/or phone number used for sign-in), business data your store records (products, prices, stock, sales, store members), and basic usage/device logs for security and troubleshooting.

We use data to run the point-of-sale service, send OTP codes, and improve the service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. การจัดเก็บและผู้ประมวลผล

ข้อมูลจัดเก็บบน Google Firebase / Google Cloud โดยแยกฐานข้อมูลตามแต่ละกิจการ
การส่ง SMS OTP ผ่านผู้ให้บริการ SMS ในประเทศไทย (ส่งเฉพาะเบอร์โทรและข้อความรหัส)
การเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสผ่าน HTTPS

Data is stored on Google Firebase / Google Cloud with per-business isolation. SMS OTP is delivered via a Thai SMS provider. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).

4. สิทธิของคุณ (PDPA)

ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ร้านค้าสามารถลบข้อมูลสินค้า/บิล/สมาชิกได้เองในระบบตลอดเวลา

Under Thailand's PDPA you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

5. การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

ลบได้เองในแอปทันที ไม่ต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ — เปิดแอป SRSP POS → แตะชื่อ/รูปโปรไฟล์ของคุณที่มุมขวาบน → “ลบบัญชี” → ยืนยันด้วยการพิมพ์คำยืนยัน ระบบจะลบให้ทันที (บนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ pos.srsp.app ใช้ขั้นตอนเดียวกัน)

เจ้าของร้าน — ลบร้านและข้อมูลทั้งหมด: ยอดขาย บิล/ใบเสร็จ สินค้า สต็อก โต๊ะ สมาชิกและแต้มสะสม รายงาน และสิทธิ์เข้าใช้ของพนักงานทุกคน รวมถึงบัญชีเข้าสู่ระบบของคุณ
พนักงาน/ผู้จัดการ — ลบบัญชีของตนเองออกจากร้าน พร้อมชื่อ เบอร์โทร และรูปโปรไฟล์ ข้อมูลของร้านยังคงอยู่กับเจ้าของร้าน

การลบเป็นการลบถาวร กู้คืนไม่ได้ ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษา (เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี/หลักฐานการชำระค่าบริการ) ซึ่งจะถูกเก็บเท่าที่กฎหมายบัญญัติแล้วลบเมื่อครบกำหนด · หากเข้าแอปไม่ได้ ส่งอีเมลถึง gloszilla@gmail.com จากอีเมลที่ลงทะเบียน เราจะดำเนินการให้ภายใน 30 วัน

Delete your account directly in the app — no need to contact support. Open SRSP POS → tap your name/photo in the top-right corner → “ลบบัญชี” (Delete account) → confirm by typing the confirmation word. The same steps work on the web at pos.srsp.app.

Shop owners delete the entire shop and all of its data (sales, bills, products, stock, tables, members, reports, and all staff access) together with their login account. Staff and managers delete only their own account and personal details; the shop's data stays with the owner. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, except for records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax invoices and subscription payment records), which are deleted once the statutory period ends. If you cannot access the app, email gloszilla@gmail.com from your registered address and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
